Our story
Rustic Knots began as a small father and son project and has grown into a family run woodworking business with one simple aim: to make sturdy, natural wood pieces that are built to last. Everything we make is handcrafted in Staffordshire, England, using quality timber and a good deal of patience. We are proud to be a genuine two person operation. Every order, from the first cut to the final delivery, passes through our hands.

Tony Lockett
Father & Co-owner
Tony has always had a passion for woodwork, having originally learnt the craft from his grandad and proudly continuing that family legacy today. He brings decades of hands-on experience and traditional skill to every Rustic Knots design, from the first sketch through to the finished piece.
Ash Lockett
Son & Co-owner
Working alongside his dad, Ash looks after much of the day-to-day running of Rustic Knots, from crafting new designs to keeping in touch with customers. He also manages all things digital, ensuring the family business stays perfectly connected in the modern world.
